The Casita Villa (14A) is a large, raised studio apartment perfect for couples. It has an overlooking view of the Bay, the pool, and the waterfall. The main Villa (14) is adjacent to the same property, housing five complete, private, and separate apartments.

Inclusions of the Main Villa Apartments

All apartments in the main Villa are furnished with complete kitchens, bathrooms, and other amenities. It is also supplied with all the cooking utensils, bedding, towels, and other essentials.

  • Ground Floor: The ground floor has a two-bedroom garden apartment and a two-car garage. Down the stairway, the Surfer’s Rest apartment has two bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and a kitchen and dining area.
  • Second Floor: We have a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony and a beautiful view. Next to it is a one-bedroom cactus apartment with a king bedroom and attached balcony.
  • Penthouse: The topmost apartment is the open, airy penthouse with a one-bedroom apartment and stunning views. It also boasts a yoga terrace with enough space for your activities and a view of the entire Bay and Puerto Vallarta.
